Terms of Service – BizLegalOne

1. Introduction

Welcome to BizLegalOne. These Terms govern provision of legal assistance, info products, and goods by BizLegalOne. By engaging with our offerings, you accept these Terms.

By accessing or using our site, contacting us, or purchasing any item, you agree to abide by these Terms.

4.1 Scope of Services

We provide a range of customized legal assistance for corporate registration, compliance reviews, contract drafting, and advisory services.

4.2 Service Fees and Payment

Fees for Services are set out in the service agreement. Payment is due upon signing the agreement or as otherwise specified.

4.3 Service Transfer

Clients may request to transfer booked Services to another party at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled date. Approval of such transfer is subject to our review and may require additional documentation.

4.4 No Reimbursement Services

Certain Services, such as expedited filings or custom research briefs, are not eligible for reimbursement once work has commenced. This policy ensures allocation of professional resources and scheduling.

5. Info Products

5.1 Delivery and Access

Upon purchase, digital materials are delivered via email or direct download link.

5.2 Usage License

All digital items are licensed for personal or internal corporate use and may not be redistributed.

5.3 Reimbursement Policy for Info Products

Clients may request a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of delivery if the Info Product is unused and no download or access logs exist. To submit a claim, contact us via Contact Us with your order reference. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Goods

6.1 Shipping

Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Processing takes up to 5 business days.

6.2 Inspection and Exchanges

Upon receipt, inspect all Goods. For defective or incorrect items, notify us within 5 calendar days. We will send a replacement or issue a credit as appropriate.

6.3 Reimbursement for Goods

If a product is defective, you may send it back within 7 calendar days in original packaging. Once received, we will issue a reimbursement to the original payment method within 12 business days. Customized or personalized items are not eligible unless defective upon delivery.

7. Refund and Reimbursement Provisions

This section outlines procedures and options for reimbursement across all offerings.

7.1 Request Procedure

Submit any reimbursement request through our contact portal at Contact Us or via email, including order details and reason for request.

7.2 Processing Time

All approved requests are processed within 10 to 12 business days. Clients will receive confirmation by email.

7.3 Method of Reimbursement

Reimbursements are made via the original method of payment. If original channels are unavailable, alternative arrangements such as bank transfer may be made upon agreement.

7.4 Non-Reimbursable Items

Work that has commenced, custom research briefs, expedited Services, and personalized Goods are non-reimbursable once provision or production starts.

7.5 Transfer of Unused Funds

Clients may apply unused prepaid balances toward future Services within 6 months of the invoice date. Unused credits expire thereafter.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be settled through mediation in Singapore. If unresolved, parties may seek arbitration under Singapore International Arbitration Centre rules.

10. Amendments
